Description
Origin
Carefully selected from premium hillside vineyards, where the optimal sun exposure and well-draining soils contribute to the exceptional concentration of flavors in the grapes.
Vinification Techniques
The grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness. After a gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant fruit aromatics. A portion of the wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to add complexity and a velvety texture.
Taste
An inviting bouquet of dark cherries, ripe plums, and a hint of vanilla spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, offering a harmonious balance of juicy red fruit, supple tannins, and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairings
A highly versatile wine that pairs beautifully with roasted meats, hearty pasta dishes with rich ragù, or a platter of mature, hard cheeses.
