Description
Orval’s brewery only sells one beer, one that has a high fermentation rate and continues to ferment in the bottle. It has 6.2 percent alcohol by volume (ABV). Springwater, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar, and yeast are used exclusively in the brewing of this beer. The hop cones and yeast, rather than the barley, are responsible for the scent and flavor.
