West Cork Single Malt Sherry Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill bourbon casks & finished in bodegas baron sherry casks. It is non chill filtered and also bottled without added colour at 43% ABV.

With Aromas of dried prunes, fig, sherry and vanilla notes. And Taste’s of Sweet at the beginning but then finishes dry with some spiciness present.
