Description

West Cork Single Malt Port Cask Finished Irish Whiskey if made from 100% malted barley, It is distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill bourbon casks & then finished in Quinta Da Boeira port casks. It is then no-chill filtered and bottled without added colour at 43% ABV.

With Aromas of dried fruit with spice noted of nutmeg and black pepper, vanilla and toffee also present. Taste: The port cask finish is the sweetness of the offerings, with the aroma of the dried fruit pulling through.
