Description
West Cork port casked finished single malt Irish whiskey patiently matured in first fill bourbon casks and finished in Quinta da boeira port casks. 46% ABV.
Aroma: Dried fruit with spice notes of nutmeg and black pepper. Vanilla and toffee are also present.
Taste: The port cask finish is the sweetest of the offerings, with the aroma of the dried fruit pulling through.
