Description
Origin
Hailing from the acclaimed Masi Agricola in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. This wine represents a return to nature, crafted from organically grown Garganega, Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio grapes in the heart of traditional winemaking territory.
Vinification Techniques
Produced with a low-intervention philosophy. The wine is fermented using wild, indigenous yeasts and is bottled unfiltered and un-fined to preserve its natural, authentic character. The result is a slightly cloudy, vibrant, and living wine.
Taste
Bright, zesty, and intensely aromatic. It bursts with notes of juicy pineapple, sweet citrus, and delicate white wild flowers. The palate is extremely fresh with a lively acidity and a crisp, clean finish.
Food Pairings
An exceptional aperitif. It pairs wonderfully with light vegetarian dishes, fresh seafood salads, sushi, or simple pasta tossed with olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs.
