- Antech M Le Mauzac Reserve Extra Brut (€26.00): From Limoux, where sparkling wine was made even before Champagne. A crisp, dry Extra Brut from the local Mauzac grape.

Crémant is made with the same traditional method as Champagne, with the second fermentation in the bottle, so it has fine bubbles and real depth at a much friendlier price.
