Made from 90% Oloroso (Palomino) and 10% Pedro Ximénez, aged for 14 years separately and 5 years together in bota, the sweet and savoury blend is in perfect harmony. Beautifully layered with treacle tart, walnuts and an intense finish that is tangy and fresh.
