Produced by the acclaimed Cantina Orsogna cooperative in Abruzzo, the Lunaria “Coste di Moro” is a premium, 100% Montepulciano wine that is certified organic, biodynamic, and vegan. It represents a deep commitment to sustainable winemaking and natural fermentation, resulting in a wine of incredible purity and concentration.

It pours a deep, almost impenetrable ruby red. The nose is intense and captivating, overflowing with aromas of black cherry jam, stewed dark plums, and distinct, warming notes of cocoa, vanilla, and cinnamon from its maturation in oak. On the palate, it is warm, full-bodied, and remarkably smooth. The concentrated dark fruit flavours are supported by soft, “chewy” tannins and a mouth-watering acidity, leading to a long, persistent finish with a characteristic hint of almond. A powerful, deeply satisfying wine that is perfect alongside rich lasagna, slow-roasted meats, or a board of cured meats and hard cheeses.
