Reveals spicy aromas of cloves, black pepper, and a bit of cedar wood and herbs. Powerful, tasty, spicy and creamy on the palate, with a long aftertaste. This wine matches perfectly with red meat, stews and roasted food as well as game. Particularly suited for cold meats and dry cheeses.2015
