Description
Alaryk India Pale Ale is a 6% certified organic IPA from Brasserie Alaryk in Béziers, in the south of France. Bright and aromatic, it brings tropical fruit and citrus hop character with a balanced malt backbone.
Tasting notes
Clear golden colour with a light white head. Aromas of tropical fruit and citrus, with caramel malt and faint pine notes behind. A balanced bitterness rounds off the finish. It won a Silver medal at the World Beer Awards 2025.
About Brasserie Alaryk
Brasserie Alaryk was founded in 2016 in Béziers, in the Hérault department of the Languedoc, by Sébastien Alary. Every Alaryk beer is certified organic and brewed from just water, malt, hops and yeast, with no additives or preservatives. The beers carry the Origine France Garantie label and have collected dozens of national and international medals.
Serving and pairing
Serve cool at 8-10°C. It pairs well with burgers, tacos, curries, grilled meats and blue cheese.
