Coming from vineyards growing in the volcanic soil on the eastern side of the Soave Classico appellation, Laura Rizzotto makes a more sophisticated, mineral style of Soave. There are peach and melon flavours along with crisp acidity from this absolutely classic Italian white.
This wine is crisp, ripe, and generous. Using organic and biodynamic methods, and growing among orchards, forest and an apiary, biodiversity is essential to the philosophy of Laura Rizzotto. Her obsession is bees, and she is committed to providing an environment in which they thrive. The winery is self-sufficient for electricity, using solar power.
