Description
The Cha?teau has been recently taken over by Pauline Dietrich from her father Michel. Pauline has converted their vineyard to Terra Vitas and Bee Friendly status. This wine comes from sandy and clay soil, harvested at peak maturity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and left on lees for four months, which makes a wonderfully rich and zesty wine that punches well above its weightwhite flowers and lemon with a crisp, crunchy palate.
