Our pot still whiskey is composed of a unique mash ratio of 66:33 malted versus unmalted barley. The mash is then distilled in our one of a kind Rocket still, which is the fastest pot still in the world. It is then matured in first fill Ex bourbon casks and then after 5 patient years bottled at 43% ABV.

With Aroma’s of hay, fresh cut grass, caramel and pear sweetness, undertones of prune dried fruits, And tastes with layers of barley and malt, vanilla and black pepper with a candy floss finish.
