Walnut Block is a small, family-run organic producer in Marlborough, the home of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Their wines show the region’s vibrant fruit with extra depth and texture.
Tasting notes
Wonderful aromas of ripe gooseberry, citrus and honeydew melon. Some time ageing on the lees adds a superb, rounded mouthfeel to balance the fresh acidity.
Food pairing
Goat’s cheese, asparagus, fresh seafood, Thai green curry or a herby summer salad.
