It pours an intense, deep ruby red with violet reflections. The bouquet is powerful and complex, offering concentrated aromas of dark berries, ripe plum, and distinct notes of cocoa, vanilla, and toasted oak from its barrel maturation. On the palate, it is full-bodied, robust, and impeccably structured. The dark fruit flavours are framed by firm but velvety tannins, leading to a long, savoury, and highly satisfying finish. A brilliant wine to pair with roast lamb, heavy meat stews, or aged Pecorino cheese.
