Description
“We don’t care” a tongue and cheek play on words for a playful wine. This is a light red from Roussillon, from a very short maceration on skins. Light, bright and ruby in colour its full of summer fun, with light fresh tannins and a fresh finish. This is a perfect summer wine and is made to complement fish.
