Dingle Original Gin is a small-batch Irish gin from Dingle Distillery on the Wild Atlantic Way in Co. Kerry. Made in the London Dry tradition, it stands out thanks to its unusual native Irish botanicals: rowan berry, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. The result is a gin with a real sense of place. Fresh, floral, herbal and full of character.

How it’s made

• Copper pot still: distilled in small batches in the still named “Oisín”
• 24-hour maceration: botanicals rest in the spirit before distillation
• Pure well water: the gin is cut to bottling strength with water drawn from the distillery’s own well
• No artificial colouring

Tasting notes

• Aroma: fresh juniper, floral notes, wild herbs and citrus
• Palate: bright and juniper-forward, with wild berries, mint and gentle spice
• Finish: crisp, dry and lingering, with pepper and citrus
