Pascal, who was formerly the proprietor of Chateau Belair (1er Grand Cru Classe) and who also has 30 years experience making wine at Chateau Ausene, uses all his wine making pedigree to produce this complex blend. This merlot dominated wine manages to exude flavours of summer fruits, with a hint of cocoa and vanilla. Berried fruit aromas. Ripe soft fruit with balance and length.
