Description
Alaryk Saison is a 4.5% certified organic saison from Brasserie Alaryk in Béziers, in the south of France. Brewed in the farmhouse tradition of Eastern France and Belgium, where saisons were made as refreshing summer beers for harvest workers, it is light, fruity and low in alcohol.
Tasting notes
Pale and slightly hazy, like a lighter wheat beer. Fruity aromas and a gentle tartness give a dry, thirst-quenching and very drinkable beer.
About Brasserie Alaryk
Brasserie Alaryk was founded in 2016 in Béziers, in the Hérault department of the Languedoc, by Sébastien Alary. Every Alaryk beer is certified organic and brewed from just water, malt, hops and yeast, with no additives or preservatives. The beers carry the Origine France Garantie label and have collected dozens of national and international medals.
Serving and pairing
Serve chilled at 6-8°C. It pairs well with goat’s cheese, grilled vegetables, seafood, summer salads and light picnic food.
