Alaryk Blonde is the easy-drinking heart of the Alaryk range: a 5% certified organic blonde ale from Brasserie Alaryk in Béziers, in the south of France. Light, finely malted and fruity, it is a refreshing everyday beer with real character.
Tasting notes
Pale straw in colour with a creamy, generous foam. Aromas of malty biscuit and fruit lead to clean, fresh flavours with fruity esters, a hint of light spice and a slightly sweet, balanced finish. It won a Silver medal at the World Beer Awards 2024.
About Brasserie Alaryk
Brasserie Alaryk was founded in 2016 in Béziers, in the Hérault department of the Languedoc, by Sébastien Alary. Every Alaryk beer is certified organic and brewed from just water, malt, hops and yeast, with no additives or preservatives. The beers carry the Origine France Garantie label and have collected dozens of national and international medals.
Serving and pairing
Serve chilled at 6-8°C. A versatile food beer, it pairs well with summer salads, grilled fish, charcuterie, goat’s cheese and light aperitif bites.
