Description
The Sloe Gin from Filliers was created from a personal interpretation of a typical English Gin, with the classic gin as a basis. The plum-like blackthorn berry should not be missing, a wink to the English hunting season.
The berries are picked by hand in the fall, and give a full intense flavour. That taste develops most beautiful when the sloe gin is drunk pure. 26% ABV.
Taste Notes: A mild gin with a slightly acidic note that tend to sweeten in the aftertaste. Aromas of red fruits, almonds and plums find an almost festive balance. A balanced spirit.
