Garnish Island Gin is a handcrafted, small-batch Irish gin that takes its inspiration from the lush Italian gardens on Garnish Island, in Glengarriff Harbour, West Cork. The recipe includes locally foraged botanicals such as hibiscus, iris, rose, rosemary and thyme.
Tasting notes
- Aroma: bright floral notes of iris, rose and hibiscus, with hints of rosemary and thyme
- Taste: herbaceous and citrus notes with just a hint of spice
- Finish: soft and lingering
