Description

West Cork Single Malt Virgin Oak Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & then finished in kelvin cooperage virgin oak casks. It is non chill filtered and bottled without added colour at 43% ABV.

With aromas of hay, oak chips, sawdust and vanilla on the nose. Taste: Very light with slight fruit, but the main flavour at the end being black pepper.
